香港島の商業の中心地であるCAUSEWAYBAY（銅鑼湾）。敷地はCAUSEWAYBAYの中心商業施設であるタイムズスクエア近くに位置している。古い商業ビルを構造躯体以外は全て解体し、内外装も含めてフルリノベーションし、コスメティックを中心とした、24階建の新しい商業施設のDD (Design Development)。経済と欲望と街がスピード感を持って回転し続ける垂直都市香港。クライアントの要望の中心にあったGOLDを軸にデザインを展開している。
GOLD
Causeway Bay is the commercial center of Hong Kong Island. The site is located near Times Square, the main commercial facility in Causeway Bay.Design development of a new 24F commercial facility centered on a cosmetic front, with all the interior of the old commercial building being dismantled keeping the front structure, and full renovation of the interior and exterior taking place.
Hong Kong is a vertical city where economy, desire, and the city continue to roll on with a sense of speed.
The design is developed around GOLD, which was the center of client's request.
